New Themes Textures

This was done by me, I did not make any of the textures, I just used them.









Dinosaur texture is also changed, wasn't at the time I took this picture.

I might do the other themes, depends what I feel like doing. If there is a theme you want me to do before any other, just ask.

Doh, I forgot about the textures in the custom folder :roll:. When I get the time I'll finish it. Also I did all of the textures for the building theme as well but I don't have the ones in the custom theme folder done. That is what actually reminded me about the prehistoric ones. I will put out the building theme when it is done.

Ok, so I Google 'worms 4 mayhem texture edit' and the first thing on the list is this topic. And the rest of the links are not texture edits. Does that mean I'm the only one who has done it? (and posted it)

Experienced map makers have been experimenting with hmp, texture files. I've been doing smth similar but you are the only one who made it "Official" - by posting screenshots and showing us your work, available for download . So I guess you are the only : )

Woah, heh heh, I forgot about the building textures. They will be finished when I have time and when I feel like it.

I think the way to change hmp textures is in the databanks folder, you go to the map your looking for then you change the value among lines like this,

I think that is how, haven't checked it out yet, everything to do with the theme can be found in there. Just make sure you do the multi one if you want it for multiplayer mode.

I haven't been working on it so here is a beta Building theme edit. I don't know when I'll complete it. Download here. I did a few of the building textures in the custom folder. But unfortunately I can't find it.

how to install?

Put the data folder in your Worms 4 Mayhem folder.. seriously, is it not obvious?
Put the ThemeBuilding folder in the Themes folder which is inside the data folder.

Nice textures, what program?I used Paint.NET until my Anti-Virus detected a trojan horse virus in my NET.Framework.I had to delete it, now half of my programs dont work

Download new
Net Framework
and get Gimp for image editing.

Compared to Paint.net, Gimp can be a bit complicated to use/learn, but when used right, it can be useful. I don't usually ever use Gimp though.

Um...Nevermind, i got my framework 2.0 back, and everything is working as it should. Anyway, thanks a lot for Gimp, its gonna be my backup program :lol!:
