Worms 4 Mod Installer
It is a program that will allow you to install mods.

In the samples directory you will find available mods for worms 4.
Here is how one of mods looks in notepad :

</Mod>

When you open W4TweakGen navigate to one of those mods in samples directory and save it in result directory.
Save it with proper name : Local.xml for local, Tweak.xml for tweak and Weaptwk.xml for Weaptwk.
After that copy files from results to your .../data/tweak folder where you installed worms.
You should have new effects.
To best of my knowledge , I can't find any more use of it.

Well, some websites provide tweaking files which can only be installed with this mod.
Then it comes useful, otherwise you would have to do everything manually.

I clicked on the link and it said This file is either removed due to copyright claim or is deleted by the uploader.
