sorry if my is question is kinda lame...but can we make a weapon by using it..... such as particle effet...? or weapon...? or something like that..?

I don't think so. But I know one of the versions of this program lets you change the textures of xom files.

In the newest version, version 2.5, you can actually change the textures in it as well.
