As it name says, it allows to add new hats to the game, without replacing.

Hey there... :scratch: ive installed W4HatLoader 1.0 Beta , and it gives me an error when i try to launch it: This is the ERROR: Component 'MSCOMCTL.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.I reeally neeed this program , so please solve this problem :3 oh *I have vista*

Hey ,thanks but i solved the problem Smile ive just searched on google " MSCOMCTL.ocx download" and ive downloaded it and putted it in C/WINDOWS/SYSTEM

No, because that IS the original downloading place. Someone else got this problem before. Read more from this topic. Everyone says that it isn't a virus/trojan. It is just that some anti-viruses detect that it is one. I tell you, I never got a virus from it.
