Read-only ~ how can I remove it?

Hi guys, I wanted a HUD or insert something else in the game, but when I insert it, it is not there and there is then also change properties to a write-only feature. And I can not take out somehow. Can you tell me how you do it with the game and change it? Would be nice if I could do that.

Hi 3dWorm.

Well, to change hud you need to open graphic files ( which are in .tga format). You can use photoshop or gimp.
Files are located in data\Hud of your Worms 4 Installation directory.
Once you open and edit it with your graphic program, save it and it should appear in game.

Oh you answered very quick^^ thats cool^^ But there is one Problem: Gimp is for my virus program flagged as virus and deleted. Would that work maybe with Paint.NET? And I would just replace them all the pictures?

It will work with any program that supports .tga format

Oh I've just seen in the Worms 4 Mayhem folder, the pictures look like the already downloaded from the HUD, but appear in the game they will not. So I have everything from the download folder since moved in, replaced and so on ... But in the game, the images are not displaying. What am I doing wrong?

Oh, please excuse me, I have the HUD things accidentally in the wrong Worms 4 Mayhem copied folder, because my PC has kopert for some reason this folder several times. So I had 3 times Worms 4 Mayhem, D Now it works thanks anyway ^ ^

Hopefully you two will manage to deal with that. Just make sure to replace same files when copying.
